@ Masum, thanks for checking out the blog & the interpretation. @ Sam Craig — I like to think what stories might be behind some of the photos. I suspect right now the building work is slowed down due to the recent context, and I expect the owner (and all the construction workers!) hope to resume work as soon as possible. But I don’t really know :-).

Does the sign on the ground imply it has been given up? Or is it normally there?
